Refund policy

At ECohen Designs, every piece of Judaica is crafted to order with care and attention to detail. We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to create wood patterns exactly as described. Because of the natural qualities of wood and the handmade process, slight variations in color, grain, or finish may occur—these are part of what make each item unique.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right. ECohen Designs offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery:

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Custom orders are generally eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the request.

Exceptions: Please note that one-off or highly customized designs are non-refundable, as they are created specifically to your request and cannot be resold. In these cases, we are happy to work with you on adjustments or modifications to ensure your satisfaction.
